Service Description

We are launching the St James' Place Health and Wellbeing re-set course starting on 2nd October 2024. This course will be run by Jennifer McDiarmid, Registered Nutritionist and Robin Sowden Taylor, Welsh Rugby strength and conditioning coach. The course will help you to create a health re-set using Nutrition, Movement and Mindset. The course will include: 1 x 30 minute 1:1 session with Jen McDiarmid to discuss your current health and wellbeing goals. Jen will be able to provide personalised support to help you individually 8 x weekly live sessions setting nutrition, movement and mindset challenges The opportunity to take part in a group Whatsapp chat to support each other during the course Pre and Post course health assessments 8 weeks of continued support from Robin and Jen This course is not just about 8 weeks, but instead has been carefully created to educate and empower you to help you make long term changes. This course is evidence based. It is not about dieting, instead it is about movement, nourishment and mindset to help you be the healthiest version of yourself well into the future. Payments can be made up front or we can arrange to pay in instalments.
